The residence is managed by a private company, UKot Liège. In Belgium, individual student rooms are known as “kots”. There are over 7,000 in the city as well as around the Sart Tilman campus that you can rent through a private landlord. Prices are reasonable and there is a wide variety of options. Other types of accommodation such as studio apartments, flats or small houses can also be rented at affordable prices. In Arlon There are several options for accommodation in Arlon, on the Environment Campus and across the surrounding region - such as shared houses in the town. In Gembloux The University buildings as well as most of the accommodation are very close together, making it easy to get around without a vehicle.
