  2. Students must have acquired at least 75% of the credits in their annual study program for each of the higher education years preceding their application, except possibly for one year.
If the studies were carried out in an educational system which does not apply progression by accumulation of credits, the student must have successfully completed each year of study, except, possibly, one year.
  3. The skills acquired must be certified by an overall average of at least 12/20.
  4. Previous studies must be related to the requested field (for “orphaned” masters, similar studies to studies organized in the French Community of Belgium and giving access to said masters).
  5. The student cannot hold another master's degree or a specialization master's degree or a doctoral degree in the French Community of Belgium.
