Registration procedures for international students

The online application form for 2026-2027 opens on 18 February 2026.

Students from countries outside the European Union

The online form must be completed and the PDF documents must be uploaded before 31 March 2026.

 Warning :

The candidate pays an administrative fee of 200 euros.

This fee is actually a deposit for the academic year requested. If you enroll, this amount will be deducted from the registration fee. In all other cases, the deposit will not be refunded. You must therefore check beforehand that you meet the admission requirements.

The following are exempt from paying the deposit: assimilated students, doctoral students, students coming for an international co-degree and holders of a WBF higher diploma.

If you are in an assimilation situations, you will be exempted from paying this deposit on the condition that you can prove it by providing the required documents.

Student automatically eligible

Students holding a diploma allowing direct access to the requested studies (e.g. CESS, full equivalence, bachelor's degree obtained in CFWB, etc.) can apply directly from June 22 to 30 September at the latest.
