Mobility assistance: partial reimbursement of annual TEC season ticket

Who is eligible?

This refund is available to students who are duly enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate programme for the 2025–2026 academic year and who hold a TEC annual travel pass for under 18 years or over 24 years (Classic or Express), purchased during the current academic year.

Please note! Since February 2026, prices and pass types have changed.

The type of pass chosen must correspond to the journey between the University and your usual place of residence.

Please note that this benefit is not available to:

    students enrolled at the €279 rate (certificate, AESS, CAPAES),
    students enrolled only in individual courses,
    auditors,
    third-cycle doctoral students (see the doctoral student survival guide).
    nor to Erasmus students receiving a Mundus scholarship.

How to claim?

By submitting a request for reimbursement to the Student Social Service using the online forms below.

Exchange students must submit their request all at once for all the tickets purchased.
