Special assessment period
With the Dean's authorisation, a student may be granted special assessment periods and conditions.
This exemption may be granted in the following situations:
- The student is participating in a mobility programme (if circumstances justify it);
- For duly justified reasons of force majeure, the student is unable to sit their assessments during the pre-established periods.
This special assessment period may not exceed two months and two weeks beyond the end of the relevant term.
Re-enrolment
The legal deadline for submitting a (re)enrolment application is 30 September.
By way of derogation, students who have benefited from an extended assessment period may submit their re-enrolment application until 30 November.
Between 1 October and 30 November (at the latest), students must submit their re-enrolment application to the Registration and Admissions Office using the form provided for this purpose:
