Visitor student

Summary

A

"visitor" student status has been created to allow for access to certain services at ULiège to an invited student (notably for students enrolled as part of an inter-university complementary Masters, in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation). This enables them to have access to the myULiège portal, as well as to courses that are posted there.

This registration is free of charge and can be done remotely. In parallel, students enrolled at ULiège must be able to benefit from a similar formula in the other institutions.

In practice

Students must obtain the agreement of the professor of the course(s) they wish to follow (by e-mail if necessary) before submitting their registration request.

Then, they complete a registration form (see document above), submit a simplified online registration application (see link below) and attach a copy of their identity card, the agreement(s) obtained and proof of enrolment at their home institution for the current academic year.

Deadline

Registration is possible until 30 September for Q1 and until 15 February for Q2.
