Although most of the administrative procedures related to registration and admission are done online, it is nevertheless possible to get an answer to your questions or specific assistance on site.

We welcome you throughout the year, in the main building (A1) of the University of Liège, place du 20-Août 7 – 4000 Liège.
Due to the general strike on Tuesday, 10 February 2026,
our offices will be closed to the public.

Public opening hours :
Open on working days:
- from 9:00 to 12:30 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays ;
- and from 1:30pm to 4:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Call-center opening hours
Open on working days:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 5pm
- from July 1st 9am to 5pm
