Although most of the administrative procedures related to registration and admission are done online, it is nevertheless possible to get an answer to your questions or specific assistance on site.

Registration and Admission reception office

We welcome you throughout the year, in the main building (A1) of the University of Liège, place du 20-Août 7 – 4000 Liège.

Public opening hours :

Open on working days:

• from 9:00 to 12:30 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays ;
• and from 1:30pm to 4:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Starting 26 May 2026, the Registration and Admissions Office reception desk will be open on working days:
- Monday to Friday
- from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm and from 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm

Call-center opening hours

Open on working days:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm
  

    Starting 24 August 2026, the call-center of the Registration and Admissions Office will be available:
  - Monday to Friday
  - from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
