The Docquier bursary provides financial support for students enrolled for the first time in a master's degree or doctorate program at the University of Liège.

To be eligible, applicants must submit an application including :

  • a curriculum vitae ;
  • a letter of motivation
  • a two-page summary (minimum) detailing the precise project of the studies undertaken;
  • a budget proposal in line with the application;
  • a letter of recommendation from a professor in the relevant course.

The applicant must also meet the following conditions:

  • Not have been previously enrolled in a specialized master's or doctoral program (either at the Université de Liège or at another institution);
  • Not have received a Docquier scholarship.
  • Not be a member of the FNRS or FRIA.

The Docquier Foundation Selection Committee will review all eligible applications and select the winners.

Applications must be sent to Elisabeth Waltregnyby November 30, 2022 at the latest.

Applications received after this date will not be considered.
