Diploma issuance

he new ULiège graduates receive a letter or email inviting them to make an appointment as soon as their diploma is available.
The email is sent to the @student (if still active).
The letter is sent to the last address known to the University.

The Faculty of Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech delivers its own diplomas.
Make an appointment
Diplomas can be collected by appointment (any day of the week)

Appointments are held at the Service des Affaires académiques, place du 20-Août, 7 (at the end of the central corridor, follow the "DIPLÔMES" signs).
It is essential to bring your identity card with you on the day of the appointment.
- it is possible to give a proxy to a trusted person. They will need to come equipped with a proxy letter, a recto-verso photocopy of the graduate's ID card, as well as their own ID card.

Currently residing abroad?
In only such a case is it possible for the graduate to receive, under his or her total responsibility, the diploma through registered mail. A written request accompanied by an identity document must be addressed to the diplomas Unit by email, fax, or post.
