Institutional support and capacity building

hrough a range of activities, continuing education seeks to contribute to the development of the university's3rd mission, namely community service.
Continuing education makes its expertise available to partner universities in the South, to public and private administrations, and to communities and cities at both national and international level.
Through a process of institutional support and capacity building, we offer public and private organizations, universities and higher education establishments, support and follow-up in the development of their abilities to perform their functions optimally, solve problems and achieve their objectives.
The activities developed in this area of continuing training fall within the scope of training engineering and training of trainers. At the partner's request, and in collaboration with the institution's academic and scientific staff, this involves :
- Develop continuing training systems that certify or attest to the acquisition of skills
- Co-construct, implement and coordinate à la carte training courses
- Develop forward-looking employment and skills management (GPEC) cycles within the public sector
- Support higher education institutes in setting up new courses of study
- Organize the academic succession of partner universities in the South through the training of trainers
- Support public and private administrations in drawing up and implementing their training plans
- Design, develop and implement skills management and assessment tools: from the Employment Reference Framework to the definition of monitoring and performance indicators
