  1. Fraud is not tolerated in any form whatsoever.
  2. It is strictly FORBIDDEN to have in your possession an electronic device such as a: GSM, MP3, PDA, smart watch, camera, smartphone or equivalent during examinations. The discovery of one of these devices, even turned off, results in immediate expulsion from the exam and a grade of 0/20 for the exam in progress. This measure does not exclude the application of disciplinary sanctions.
  3. In addition to what is provided for in point 2, any object (including coats, briefcases, folders) must stay in the cloakroom or on the stage of the auditorium if there is no cloakroom.
  4. Unless otherwise authorised by the professor, it is prohibited for students to de-staple the exam and draft sheets. It is also forbidden to use personal draft sheets.
  5. The observation of fraud/cheating during the exam is documented on a form detailing the type of fraud and the time of the observation, and said form is signed by the monitor and the student (failing this, mention of the refusal to do so). In all circumstances, the observation of cheating results in immediate expulsion from the exam and a grade of 0/20. This measure does not exclude the application of disciplinary sanctions.
  6. It is prohibited to leave the auditorium without having first turned in one's exam copy. If a student must exceptionally leave the auditorium, they will be, when possible, accompanied by one of the monitors.
  7. When the end of the exam has been signalled, the student must immediately turn in their copy. Failing this, the copy will not be considered and a grade of 0/20 will be given for the exam. This measure does not exclude the application of disciplinary sanctions.
  8. Any exam copy handed in at the exit must be accompanied by the signing of a list including the names of all students present.
  9. It is asked that students be present at least 10 minutes before the exam.
  10. Late students cannot participate in the exam without authorisation from the teacher. A student arriving late is not provided an extension of the allotted time for the exam.
  11. Domestic animals are admitted to exams on an exceptional basis when they accompany a student who has a specific status or as part of an authorisation issued by a faculty.
  12. All students are required to conform to all other specific terms determined by the teacher.
