Registration request for non-fundable outside ULiège Student*
Student not enrolled at ULiège the previous academic year, wishing to register but who is not in the situation of a so-called "fundable" student, under the legislation in force(1).
An application for enrolment must be sent to the jury of the study cycle concerned using the online enrolment form(2) to be completed before 30 September 2022(3).
In the event of refusal of registration by the jury, the student may lodge an internal appeal with the Vice-Rector for Education and Welfare.
(*) Student who interrupted his studies (he was not enrolled in the institution the previous academic year) or who comes from another higher education institution.
1 Article 5 du décret du 11 avril 2014 adaptant le financement des établissements d'enseignement supérieur à la nouvelle organisation des études.
2 If the student is enrolled in a higher education institution the previous academic year, he/she can not normally apply for enrollment until after the second session results have been announced. If he/she wishes to submit his application before that date, he must sign a waiver in which he waives his second-term examinations.
3 The procedure will be suspended from July 15th to August 15th 2022.
