Registration procedures to the Specialised Master’s degree (2^nd cycle) for outside EU student

Examination of the file

If you are a student of non-European Union nationality (except the assimilated, PhD students, students coming in the framework of an international codiplomation as well as holders of a CFWB higher diploma), you must have paid the amount of 200 euros (administrative fee) in order to finalize their online application. If your application is accepted, this amount will be deducted from the registration fee. In all other cases, this payment will not be refunded. It is therefore very important to verify, beforehand, that you meet the conditions of access.

Students in assimilation situations are exempt from paying the administrative fee of 200 euros to make their application, but they must prove it by providing the requested documents.

The payment of the €200,00, all bank charges at your expense, is a condition for the examination of the file.
Before completing the online form, please read the entry requirements and make sure that they are fulfilled. Then consult the list of documents to be provided according to your situation. You will then be able to complete the online form after consulting the warning and instructions for use.

Warning

We notice that students, mainly of Cameroonian origin, are victims of fraud by one or more intermediaries (in Belgium or in the country of origin).
These intermediaries sometimes produce false documents without the consent of the student concerned. We therefore invite you to introduce the file by yourself.

The Specialised Masters is an academic degree resulting from 2^nd-cycle university studies and corresponding to a particular professional qualification at the end of a training programme of at least 60 credits obtained after an initial training programme of at least 300 credits resulting in a master’s degree.

Preliminary notes

If you have a Belgian CESS, or if you meet one of the assimilation criteria, you benefit from the same conditions as students from the European Union.
If you are assimilated, you are therefore exempt from paying the administrative fee of € 200.00 for the processing of your file, on the condition that you can prove it by providing the documents relating to the selected assimilation condition.

For any admission to the 1^st year of a Specialised Masters for the 2022-2023 academic year, please check if the Specialised Master’s degree you would like to register for is organised as a joint degree with partner establishments. The registration must always take place in the reference establishment. If the University of Liège is the referent Institution

For all admissions to Specialised Masters for the 2022-2023 academic year, you must :

check that you meet the entry requirements
if you do, complete the online form and return it by e-mail before April 30, 2022 (deadline for receipt of applications). The payment of the €200,00, all bank charges at your expense, is a condition for the examination of the file.

Once you have submitted your form and your application has been accepted, a letter of authorisation will be sent to you by e-mail specifying the terms and conditions of your definitive registration (between 1 July and 30 September 2022) as well as the amount of your registration fee .

Applications which are incomplete, late, or that do not meet the set academic criteria will not be successful.

The University of Liège reserves the right to require, as part of the registration procedures, the presentation of the originals of diplomas and transcripts.

The authorities verify the authenticity of the declarations and produced documents. In case of doubt, further information and/or documents will be required. Any forgery will be reported to all institutions concerned and will necessarily result in the cancellation of the enrolment.
