Specialised Masters : Student from a country outside of the EU

Important message for students from outside the EU

  • The 2020-2021 admission requests have been closed since April 30 if you do not live in Belgium.

Only students in a situation of assimilation, or under agreement, can still submit their application.


If you have a Belgian CESS, or if you meet one of the assimilation criteria, you have the same conditions as students from the European Union.

For any admission to the 1st year of a Specialised Masters for the 2020-2021 academic year

The Specialised Masters is an academic degree resulting from 2nd-cycle university studies and corresponding to a particular professional qualification at the end of a training programme of at least 60 credits obtained after an initial training programme of at least 300 credits resulting in a master’s degree.

Please check if the Specialised Master’s degree you would like to register for is organised as a joint degree with partner establishments. The registration must always take place in the reference establishment.

For all admissions to Specialised Masters for the 2020-2021 academic year, you must :

  • check that you meet the access conditions ;
  • if you do, complete the online form and return it by mail before April 30, 2020 (deadline for receipt of applications).

Once the form has been sent and a positive response has been received, it remains to finalize your registration in person at the Registration Office between July 1st, and September 30th, 2020.

The letter of authorization that will be sent to you will specify the terms of your final registration and in particular the balance of your registration fees.
