Master's degrees in Labor Sciences focus on in-depth observation of the world of work through statistical, sociological and legal lenses.
Two possible formulas:
60-credit format - staggered timetable
The master en Sciences du travail is organized in 60 credits and can be taken in a single year, but can also be the subject of a allègement in order to spread the entire program over two years and spread the workload more evenly.
The Master's degree is open to holders of a short bachelor's degree (Haute École) or a long bachelor's degree, depending on and whether or not they have passed thedispensatory test (the registration deadline for this test is September 4, 2024). In the absence of regular professional activity, students enrolled in the 60 ECTS Master's degree in Labor Sciences must complete a long-term internship with a host organization.
This Master's program is eligible for the "congé-éducation" paid by SPF Emploi, subject to certain conditions. Classes are generally held at the end of the day, from Monday to Friday, between 4pm and 9pm, and on Saturday mornings. The 120-credit format - full
The 120-credit"full -year"Master's degree is offered over a minimum two-year period, exclusively on a daytime schedule.
Theexemption test foru complementary program - identical for both Master's formats - enables direct access to the 120 Master's credits in certain cases, depending on the profile.
