As soon as their diploma is available, ULiège graduates receive a letter or e-mail inviting them to make an appointment.
The e-mail is sent to @student address (if still active).
Mail is sent to the last address known to the University.
How to UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS
It is important to know that the Faculty of Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech issues its own diplomas.
Make an appointment
Diplomas can be collected by appointment (any day of the week):
- online at MyULiège: Administrative procedures / My diplomas and certificates
- by phone: + 32 4 366 55 34
Appointments are held at the Service des Affaires académiques, place du 20-Août, 7 (at the end of the central corridor, follow the "DIPLÔMES" signs).
It is essential to bring your identity card with you on the day of the appointment.
It is possible to give power of attorney to a person you trust. This person must present a letter of proxy, a photocopy of both sides of the graduate's identity card and his/her own identity card (these documents must be supplied in hard copy).
Unable to visit our offices
For duly justified reasons, and in exceptional cases, it is possible to send the diploma by registered post, under the sole responsibility of the graduate. A reasoned written request, accompanied by an identity document, must be sent to the Diplomas Unit by e-mail or post.
