Refusal of scholarship & deadline for payment of fees


Has your application for a scholarship from the Wallonia-Brussels Federation been rejected? The University of Liège is notified of the refusal and the full rate (€835) is automatically applied to your registration.

You must therefore comply with the legal payment deadlines:

If you are notified of DAPE's unfavorable decision before October 31

  1. Payment of a deposit of €50 by October 31 of the current academic year at the latest
  2. Payment of the balance by February 1 of the current academic year.

If you do not pay the €50 deposit by October 31, your registration will not be processed. You will be deemed never to have enrolled in the current academic year.

You will be informed of this decision by the University, with the possibility of appeal ().


If you are notified of DAPE's unfavorable decision between October 31 and February1

Registration fees must be paid in full by February1 of the current academic year.

If you fail to pay your registration fees by February1, you will no longer have access to learning activities, you will not be eligible for deliberation, deferral or credit enhancement, but you will be considered to have been registered for studies for the academic year.

You will be informed of this decision by the University after February 10, with the possibility of appeal (non-respect of payment deadlines).


If you are notified of the DAPE decision after February1

In accordance with current regulations, you have 20 working days to pay your registration fees in full.

If you fail to pay your registration fees, you will no longer have access to learning activities, you will not be eligible for deliberation, deferral or credit enhancement, but you will be considered to have been registered for studies for the academic year.
