For ULiège students, it is possible to re-register as soon as the results of the deliberation are published and until 30 September.

Re-enrolment in the same department
It's simple: re-enrolment is done via the myULiège portal.
Upon publication of the results, thanks to the "SMS Alerts" activation, a message that informs you of the availability of the results. Therefore, check beforehand, on the myULiège portal under "My services", that the encoded mobile number is correct.
It is possible to pay directly online; in this case, the registration fees will be paid immediately and in a fully secure manner.
If the re-registration via the portal does not work, the student should verify that he/she has not had unsuccessful results. If you wish to complete an additional registration or if the re-enrolment problem via the portal persists, please use the contact platform.
Reorientation
- If, after having been enrolled in 2024-2025 in a certain programme, you wish to make a change in 2025-2026, you will have to re-enrol via the myULiège portal up until 30 September depending on the late registration terms of each Faculty.
- For block 1 students who wish to change orientations when all deadlines have already passed, it is essential to refer to the reorientation terms and conditions .
In case of failure
All students must meet the fundability requirements, otherwise they cannot re-enroll without authorization. This is done via the myULiège portal.
A reorientation is possible under certain conditions.

The situation of the student does not allow them to re-enrol
All students must meet the fundability requirements, otherwise they cannot re-enroll without authorization. This is done via the myULiège portal.
Specific cases
Certain re-registrations are subject to special procedures:
- Doctorate (authorisation from the College to be completed, dated, and signed)
- Medical specialisations (approval of the Dean)
- additional registration (Faculty approvals), CAPAES, Reorientation, Bridging programmes

Re-registration for a PhD if you are "admitted to continue"
Belgian and EU Doctoral students
Re-registration to the PhD programme is only possible once your result has been encoded and transmitted to the Enrolment Service by the Faculty.
As soon as the result "Admitted to continue" is communicated to us, we will automatically proceed with your re-registration.
However, you must check via your "student" portal that you have been re-enrolled by 30 September at the latest. If this is not the case, contact us (see contact below).
Also, the re-enrolment fee of €32.00 must be paid by 31 October.
PhD students from outside the European Union
Re-registration in a doctoral programme is only possible once your result has been encoded and transmitted to the Enrolment Service by the Faculty.
As soon as the result "Admitted to continue" is communicated to us, an e-mail is sent to your address "@doct.uliege.be" inviting you to re-enrol via your myULiège portal.
It is therefore essential to always consult your myULiège portal.
In particular, you will be asked whether you meet one of our assimilation conditions. If you do, please let us know and send us your supporting documents.
Re-enrolment is confirmed when the file is validated by an Enrolment Service manager.
Full payment of the registration fee must be made by 31 October at the latest.
Doctoral students who do not wish to continue their thesis must notify the Registration Department before 30 November of the academic year in progress, either:
