closed on Tuesday morning

Important message for students from outside the EU

Due to the restrictions caused by the Covid-19 crisis, many students from outside the EU have informed us that they will not be able to send their applications by post.

Moreover, it is not impossible that the registration service may at some point no longer have access to incoming postal mail (for example if the Government ordered the temporary closure of universities as has happened in other countries).

In view of this exceptional situation, we have taken the decision to accept applications from non-European students electronically until 30 April (*).

However, your file can only be processed if you comply with the following conditions:

- You must first finalize your file online and print the summary page, which you will place at the top of the file to be scanned. We need the reference number on the summary page to be able to link your file to your data. Files that are not finalized will not be considered and will not receive a response.

- Please send us your documents in a single pdf to the following address: with the file number in question (e.g. PA-2020-01234).

- If the size of your PDF is too large, it is imperative to reduce it with the tool (

- In the PDF, the documents must be classified scrupulously according to this order.
