You were a ULiège student last year and would like to re-register? Are you already (re)enrolled (at ULiège or elsewhere) but would like to change your current enrolment? Are you thinking of changing your course or cancelling your registration? The procedures below explain how.
For ULiège students, it is possible to re-register as soon as the results of the deliberation are published and until 30 September.
Until 30 September, any student may, in compliance with the legal conditions of access and financeability, modify his or her registration and change course1.
By way of derogation, this possibility is extended to 31 October for first-year undergraduate students. It is then subject to a specific procedure.
There are no additional fees for changes to registration, including changes to or from another institution.
Until 30 September
Until 30 September, any student can modify his or her registration by completing the online form provided for this purpose on the Contact Platform (section "Change your registration - All education levels").
Between 1 and 31 October: only for 1st year undergraduate students (block 1)
In order to be able to change their registration between 1 and 31 October, first-year undergraduate students must have paid the 50 euro deposit for their current registration2 or have submitted a scholarship application3. The rest of the procedure varies according to the student's profile.
Please note that if you register after September 30, you will already have missed a number of courses and practical work that you may find difficult to make up. In addition, some compulsory activities are organized from the start of the academic year. If you have any questions on this subject, please contact the Faculty in which you wish to enrol (see contact list). In case of uncertainty, the University Orientation Service is also available (specific office hours).

- Complete the registration modification form block 1
- Start creating an online registration file via the registration platform and retain your file number (the file can only be finalized once the modification request has been validated)
