Reception desk opening hours
From 26 May 2026, the RAO reception desk will be open from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm and from 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm.
Student card
Have you lost your student card and are in exam period? You have the possibility to activate your virtual card.
Information "blocked account" for visa application or residence permit renewal
Notice to students who have been admitted to enroll for the 2023-2024 academic year:
the University of Liege now offers "blocked account" deposit to HUE students for their visa application.

Welcome day
Your first days at ULiège
On Tuesday 9/09, the new school year kicks off with a festive welcome day for all newly enrolled students. On 10 and 11/09, first-year students can attend the “Smart Start”: workshops and key information to get the year off to a good start.

L’ULiège organise des cours préparatoires tant au niveau des matières que des méthodes de travail, de la mi-août à la mi-septembre. Ceux-ci sont organisés majoritairement en présentiel.
