Auditor

The requirements for enrolment as an auditor are outlined in Articles 35 through 37 of the General Regulations for Studies and Assessments.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Any person who is not eligible for funding ^[1] within a degree programme may not apply to take one or more teaching units as an auditor in that programme. The applicant’s eligibility for funding will be verified at the time of their application. 
2. Enrolment as an auditor is not permitted for teaching units offered in a programme where admission is subject to passing an entrance examination or competitive selection (unless an exemption is granted by the Faculty), nor for teaching units offered in programmes with restricted intake for non-resident students.

To enrol on this non-academic course, you must download the authorisation form (see the "Forms" section) and have it signed by the head of each department.

You must then return this document to the Enrolment Office via the online enrolment application form (see the "Forms" section) and attach all other required documents (see the "Documents to be provided" section).

• The authorisation form (link below), duly completed, dated and signed by the candidate and the course lecturers
• A copy of both sides of your identity card + your birth certificate if your place of birth is not shown on it
• For students not regularly enrolled at ULiège in 2025–2026 and only if they have undertaken academic activities during the five academic years ^[1] preceding the application:
  
  You must provide evidence of all academic activities (enrolments, academic transcripts, diplomas, entrance examinations, etc.) since completing secondary education.
  
  ^[1] Please note: enrolment as an external student or guest student is not considered academic activity in this context (So if you have only been a free student or auditor in the past 5 years, you do not need to provide any supporting documentation). 

• (for enrolment on a quota-restricted course): a certificate of residence dated no earlier than 1 May 2026
